What happens next

From enquiry to confirmed booking

  1. We read it properly

    Your enquiry goes to the team that plans and runs events. No call centre, no automated qualification sequence.

  2. A short reply, fast

    Within one business day: either a proposal, or the questions we need answered to build one. Usually venue, access and timings.

  3. Proposal and quote

    A table mix, a floor plan, a run sheet and a price built for your event. Pricing depends on size, venue and formats.

  4. Planning

    Venue liaison, access and power check, branding proofs if used, and the final run sheet agreed with you and your caterer.

  5. Confirmed

    Terms confirmed in writing, crew and kit allocated, and one named event manager from then until strip-out.
