Production
When the tables are only part of it: floor plan, lighting, sound, staging and a crew who have taken a bare room to doors-open before.
The format
Most venues are lit for conferences. That is the single biggest reason a themed evening falls flat: the room is bright, flat and even, and no amount of good furniture rescues it. Production is how an event room stops looking like a function room.
We take the whole floor: where tables sit, where the bar and food service go, where people queue and where they can get away from the noise. Then we light it, so the tables are the brightest thing in the room and everything else falls back.
Every event we run is capped at up to 125 guests and up to 5 hours of guest time. Those limits keep the service deliverable and the floor comfortable.
Pricing is quoted per event and depends on the size of the event, the venue and the formats you choose.
Inclusions
Delivery
We measure the room, check power, ceiling height, rigging points and access, and note the restrictions the venue sets.
A floor plan, a lighting plan and a run sheet, quoted as a single scope.
Truss and fixtures first, then tables, then dressing. Cables taped and matted as we go.
Lighting focused with the tables in place, sound checked for speech, and a safety walk of the floor.
Crew hold positions for the guest window, with the event manager on your cue for speeches and closes.
Full strip-out and a final walk of the room with the venue.
Questions
Yes. We will take the table and floor scope and coordinate with whoever holds the AV contract.
Not necessarily. Where rigging is not allowed we use floor-standing fixtures and table lighting to get the same effect.
For a full production, four to six hours before doors. For tables only, two to three.
