Our position in one paragraph
LevelClash does not provide gambling services. We provide offline event entertainment with a casino theme. Guests play with symbolic chips or points that are issued free of charge, hold no monetary value, cannot be purchased and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or credit. There is no real money at our tables, no betting, no wagering, no cash prize, no deposit, no player account and no online casino service of any kind. Our events are for adults aged 20+ and over.
What this means at an event
- Chips are symbolic. Every guest receives an equal stack at the door. Chips move around the table to keep score for the evening and are worth nothing when it ends.
- No money is handled. Our hosts do not operate a cash float, do not accept money from guests and do not pay anything out. They are briefed to decline any request to do so and to escalate it to the event manager.
- No odds, no payouts. We do not quote odds, publish payout tables or use markings on our felt that imply betting value. Tables are dressed for entertainment.
- No slot machines or pokies. We do not supply, hire or operate gaming machines of any kind, and our events contain no machine play.
- Recognition, not prizes. Where a client recognises a top guest or team, any trophy or gift comes from the client, is not funded by guests and is not tied to the value of chips.
- Nothing online. We operate no gambling platform, app or remote service. This website is an information and enquiry site for an offline event service.
Adults only: 20+
Our events are restricted to guests aged 20+ and over, even though nothing is played for money, because the theme is adult entertainment.
- Clients confirm when booking that the event is intended for adult guests.
- Hosts will decline to seat anyone who appears to be under age, and may ask the client's event contact to intervene.
- Minors are not admitted to the table area at any event we run.
- We do not market to minors and we do not use imagery of minors or of people who appear to be under 20+ in any of our materials.
Participation is always voluntary
Nobody has to play. At every event guests are free to watch, talk at the rail, or ignore the tables entirely, and our hosts are briefed never to pressure a guest into taking a seat. Formats are designed so that a non-player can follow what is happening and stay part of the conversation.
If gambling has been a problem for someone
We ask clients and hosts to think carefully about their guest list. Even with symbolic chips and no money involved, a casino-themed format can be uncomfortable, or unhelpful, for someone who has experienced gambling-related harm.
- If you know this applies to a guest, consider a different format. We will gladly propose one, and we will not treat it as a lost sale.
- We recommend that anyone who has or has had a gambling-related problem does not take part in casino-style themed entertainment, including ours.
- A guest who wants to step away can do so at any point, and our hosts will make that easy rather than conspicuous.
- If you are concerned about gambling harm for yourself or someone else, seek support from a qualified support service in your country. In New Zealand, free and confidential help is available through national gambling helpline services.
Questions about any of this can go directly to [email protected].
Alcohol, safety and conduct
Many of our events are evening functions where alcohol is served by the client or the venue. We do not supply alcohol. Our hosts keep the table area safe and tidy, will close a table where conduct becomes unsafe, and work with your event contact and the venue's duty manager if a guest needs assistance. Cable runs are taped and matted, and lighting is positioned so that the floor stays clear.
What we ask of our crew
- State the adults-only and no-wagering position at the table, in plain words, at the start of play.
- Never handle money, accept a wager, or convert chips into anything of value.
- Teach rather than perform, and never make a guest feel exposed for not knowing a format.
- Decline requests to depart from this notice, and escalate rather than negotiate.
- Respect guest privacy, including no photography of private events without permission.
Documents and contact
