The format
Why this works in a real room
Our hosts are entertainers who have been trained on table formats, not gaming staff. Their job is to teach a format in under a minute, read who in the group is hesitant, and keep a table of twelve people involved for two hours without it ever feeling like a lesson.
You can book hosts with our tables, or on their own if you already have furniture. Either way they arrive briefed, dressed and ready, and they carry the compliance message for the evening: adults only, symbolic chips, nothing played for money.
Fixed limits
Every event we run is capped at up to 125 guests and up to 5 hours of guest time. Those limits keep the service deliverable and the floor comfortable.
Pricing is quoted per event and depends on the size of the event, the venue and the formats you choose.

Delivery
How staffing is arranged
Scope
Table count, formats, guest numbers and hours set how many hosts you need. One per table is the baseline.
Brief
We send hosts your run sheet, dress code, venue notes and anything specific about the guest list.
Call time
Hosts arrive about an hour before doors, dressed, for a floor walk and a crew briefing.
On the floor
Hosts run their tables, rotate guests and feed anything they notice back to the event manager.
Close
Chip counts, tidy down and a short handover before they leave.

Asked about this format
Can we hire hosts for tables we already own?
Yes, provided the tables are sound and the formats are ones our hosts run. We will check photos before confirming.
Are hosts briefed on our brand or guest list?
Yes. Send the brief and they will arrive knowing the tone, the dress code and the names that matter.
What if a guest asks to play for money?
The host declines, explains that the evening is entertainment only, and escalates to the event manager if it persists.

How our events work
LevelClash provides offline, adults-only casino-themed event entertainment in New Zealand. Guests play with symbolic chips or points only. We do not offer real-money gambling, betting, cash prizes, deposits or online casino services. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+. Hosts are entertainment staff. They do not accept money, operate a cash float, take wagers or pay out anything of value, and they are briefed to decline any request to do so.
