The format
Why this works in a real room
A VIP evening is judged on details that most guests never consciously notice: how quickly a drink is replaced, whether the host remembers a name, how the light falls on the table. We staff these evenings with senior hosts only, and we keep the table count low so that each one gets proper attention.
Discretion is part of the service. Crew arrive and leave through a service entrance where one exists, photography is at your discretion, and we are happy to sign a confidentiality undertaking before any planning begins.
Fixed limits
Every event we run is capped at up to 125 guests and up to 5 hours of guest time. Those limits keep the service deliverable and the floor comfortable.
Pricing is quoted per event and depends on the size of the event, the venue and the formats you choose.

- Senior hosts only Our most experienced table hosts, briefed on your guest list and the tone of the evening.
- One or two tables Deliberately few, with a dedicated host each, so rounds never feel rushed.
- Bespoke dressing Felt, chip colours, card backs and table markers chosen to match the room or your brand.
- Lighting design A tight warm pool over each table and the rest of the room kept low and calm.
- Event manager on site A single point of contact for you and the venue for the whole evening.
- Confidentiality NDA on request, discreet crew dress and a service-entrance load-in where available.
Delivery
How we prepare a VIP evening
Private brief
A planning conversation covering the guest list size, the mood, the venue and anything that must stay private.
Site walk
Where the venue allows, we walk the room, agree the table positions, lighting and load-in route in person.
Dressing sign-off
You approve felt, chip and card-back colours, and any branded pieces, before anything is produced.
Service rehearsal
Hosts are briefed on names, timings and the run sheet, and the room is set and checked well before arrival.
The evening
Unhurried play across three to five hours, paced around dinner and conversation.
Silent strip-out
Kit is removed after guests leave, or the following morning if the venue prefers.

Asked about this format
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. Send yours or use ours, and we will have it in place before planning starts. Crew are briefed not to photograph or discuss private events.
Can the tables match our brand or the room?
Yes. Felt colour, chip colours, card backs and table markers can all be specified, and we can produce branded pieces for the evening.
Are high-value prizes ever involved?
No. There are no cash prizes and no payouts of any kind. Chips are symbolic, and any gift given to a guest comes from you and is not tied to the outcome of play.

How our events work
LevelClash provides offline, adults-only casino-themed event entertainment in New Zealand. Guests play with symbolic chips or points only. We do not offer real-money gambling, betting, cash prizes, deposits or online casino services. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+. The premium tier changes the service level, the dressing and the staffing. It does not change the nature of the entertainment: symbolic chips only, with no wagering of any kind.
