The format
Why this works in a real room
If you only book one table, book this one. A roulette-style table gathers a crowd, works for guests who have never played anything, and produces a shared reaction every thirty seconds. It is the format we put closest to the entrance for exactly that reason.
Our tables are built for events rather than for a gaming floor: a polished timber bowl, brass trim, a clean felt layout and plain unmarked chips. Guests place symbolic chips on the layout, the host calls the round, and the table reacts together. No odds are quoted, nothing is wagered and nothing pays out.
Fixed limits
Every event we run is capped at up to 125 guests and up to 5 hours of guest time. Those limits keep the service deliverable and the floor comfortable.
Pricing is quoted per event and depends on the size of the event, the venue and the formats you choose.
Inclusions
What comes with the table
- Full-size event table A properly weighted table with a timber bowl, brass trim and a jade or bespoke felt.
- Trained host A host who calls each round, teaches as they go and keeps the pace up.
- Symbolic chip set Plain, unmarked chips in colours matched to your event, issued free in equal stacks.
- Table lighting A warm pendant or spot over the felt so the table reads well in a dark room.
- Leaderboard option A simple chip count at close if you want a recognition moment.
- Delivery and build Flight-cased delivery, build, levelling and full strip-out included.
Delivery
How a round works
Chips issued
Guests collect an equal stack of symbolic chips. No purchase, no top-ups for value, no exchange.
Host explains the layout
Thirty seconds on where chips can sit and what each area means. No odds and no payouts are discussed, because none exist.
Placing
Guests place chips on the layout while the host keeps the conversation going.
The call
The host closes the round and calls the result. The table reacts together, which is the entire point.
Chips move
Symbolic chips are redistributed inside the game to keep score for the evening. Nothing leaves the table.
Questions
Asked about this format
How many tables do we need?
As a rule of thumb, one table per 25 to 30 guests keeps everyone involved. For a room of 100 we would usually propose three to four tables across formats.
Is there a real wheel?
The table is a genuine piece of event furniture with a working bowl, but it is used only to resolve rounds played with symbolic chips. There is no stake and no payout.
Can the felt match our colours?
Yes. Felt, chip and card-back colours can be specified, and branded pieces can be produced for the evening.
