The format
Why this works in a real room
Mobile hire is for hosts and agencies who have the venue and the guest list handled and need the table side delivered properly. Everything travels in cases, builds without tools and leaves no marks behind.
We do not drop kit and leave. Every hire includes crew to build and level the tables, and in almost every case a trained host per table, because an unstaffed table stops being used within twenty minutes.
Fixed limits
Every event we run is capped at up to 125 guests and up to 5 hours of guest time. Those limits keep the service deliverable and the floor comfortable.
Pricing is quoted per event and depends on the size of the event, the venue and the formats you choose.

What a hire covers
- Tables of your choice Roulette-style, card and poker-style tables in any combination, one to eight per booking.
- Delivery and collection Flight-cased transport, load-in, build, levelling, strip-out and collection.
- Hosts per table Trained hosts included by default, because tables need someone running them.
- Chips, cards and markers Plain symbolic chip sets, cards and table markers, all supplied.
- Table lighting Warm table lighting and the cabling to run it safely off venue power.
- Venue liaison We deal with the venue directly on access, timing, power and floor protection.

Site details
Address, access route, lift or stair situation, power points and the window you have for load-in.
Quote and schedule
A fixed plan: arrival time, build time, host call time, close and collection.
Load-in
Crew arrive in the agreed window, protect floors and doorways, and build without tools or noise.
Handover
We walk you through the layout, confirm the run sheet and brief your own staff if they are involved.
Event
Hosts run the tables for the agreed hours. One crew member stays reachable throughout.
Collection
Strip-out on the night or the next morning, with the floor left clear.

Asked about this format
Do you travel outside the main centres?
Yes. We work nationwide and regularly deliver to rural venues. Travel beyond our usual radius is quoted with the event.
Can we hire tables without hosts?
We strongly advise against it and only consider it where your own trained staff will run the tables. An unhosted table sits unused.
What access do you need?
A standard doorway and a reasonably direct route from the vehicle. Tell us about stairs or tight corners in advance and we will plan around them.

How our events work
LevelClash provides offline, adults-only casino-themed event entertainment in New Zealand. Guests play with symbolic chips or points only. We do not offer real-money gambling, betting, cash prizes, deposits or online casino services. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+. Hire covers event furniture, trained hosts and symbolic chip sets. It never includes gaming services, wagering, cash handling or payouts of any kind.
