The format
Why this works in a real room
Branding is what makes the photos usable afterwards. When the chips, the felt, the card backs and the photo corner all share a palette, the whole evening reads as one event rather than hired furniture in a dark room.
We produce symbolic chips in your colours, felt in a bespoke shade, printed card backs, brass or printed table markers, and a dressed photo corner with props. Everything is proofed digitally before production, and you keep the pieces afterwards if you want them.
Fixed limits
Every event we run is capped at up to 125 guests and up to 5 hours of guest time. Those limits keep the service deliverable and the floor comfortable.
Pricing is quoted per event and depends on the size of the event, the venue and the formats you choose.

What can be branded
- Symbolic chips Custom colours and an optional mark. Always issued free and never redeemable for anything.
- Table felt Bespoke felt colour, with a clean layout and no printed value markings.
- Card backs Printed backs in your palette, supplied as sealed decks for the event.
- Table markers and signage Brass or printed markers, table numbers and directional signage for the floor.
- Photo corner A dressed corner with backdrop, lighting and props, built for phone photography.
- Keepsakes Chip sets or decks boxed as leaving gifts, if you want guests to take something home.

We agree which pieces are branded and take your colours, marks and any brand guidelines.
Digital proof
You see a proof of every printed piece and sign it off before anything is produced.
Production
Three to five weeks for printed chips, felt and card backs. Shorter for dressing and signage only.
Pre-event check
Pieces are checked against the proof and packed with the table kit.
On the night
Everything is set before doors and photographed early, while the room is clean.
Handover
Branded pieces are boxed and left with you, or stored for your next event.

Asked about this format
How late can we commit to branded pieces?
Printed chips and felt need three to five weeks. Inside that window we can still brand signage, markers and the photo corner.
Do branded chips mean guests can cash them in?
No. Chips are symbolic in every format we run. They are issued free, cannot be purchased and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or credit.
Can you work to brand guidelines?
Yes. Send your guidelines and we will proof everything against them before production.

How our events work
LevelClash provides offline, adults-only casino-themed event entertainment in New Zealand. Guests play with symbolic chips or points only. We do not offer real-money gambling, betting, cash prizes, deposits or online casino services. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+. Branded chips carry no monetary value, cannot be bought and cannot be redeemed. They are event dressing and a scorekeeping device, and nothing more.
