The format
Why this works in a real room
Private parties have a different rhythm from corporate nights. Guests know each other, the room is smaller, and the point is not networking but a good evening with people you like. Our private format is quieter and warmer: fewer tables, more time per guest, and a host who can read the room.
We can work in a living room, a garage done up for the night, a marquee or a rural lodge. Tables are compact and arrive in flight cases, so access through a standard doorway is usually all we need.
Fixed limits
Every event we run is capped at up to 125 guests and up to 5 hours of guest time. Those limits keep the service deliverable and the floor comfortable.
Pricing is quoted per event and depends on the size of the event, the venue and the formats you choose.

What is included
- One to three tables A roulette-style or card table as the centrepiece, with a second table if the guest list grows.
- A host who hosts Warm, unhurried and happy to teach a table of complete beginners.
- Symbolic chips and cards Equal stacks for every guest, plain unmarked chips, nothing played for money.
- Warm table lighting A soft pool of light over the felt, run off a standard domestic circuit.
- Quiet set-up Build in about an hour, strip-out in under one, with floors and doorways protected.
- Optional photo corner A simple dressed corner with props for guests to use through the evening.

Conversation
A short call about the occasion, the space and the mood you want. We will tell you honestly if a single table is enough.
Access check
Photos or a quick visit to confirm doorways, floor protection, power points and where the table sits best.
Set-up
We arrive an hour before guests, dressed to match the evening rather than in work clothes.
The evening
Two to four hours of play around food and drinks, with the host pacing rounds to suit the room.
Wind-down
Chips are counted for a closing toast, then the kit disappears quickly and quietly.

Asked about this format
Can you set up in a private home?
Yes, and most of our private work is in homes. We protect floors and doorways, run off ordinary power points, and keep the build quiet.
Do guests need to know the games?
No. Assume nobody does. Hosts teach each format in a minute and stay with beginners for the first few rounds.
Can we award a prize to the top guest?
You can recognise a winner with a trophy, a bottle or a small gift provided by you. What we never do is pay out money or convert chips into anything of value.

How our events work
LevelClash provides offline, adults-only casino-themed event entertainment in New Zealand. Guests play with symbolic chips or points only. We do not offer real-money gambling, betting, cash prizes, deposits or online casino services. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+. Because events are adults only, we ask hosts to keep the table area for guests aged 20+ and over.
