The room comes first
We survey before we propose. Table positions follow access, service routes and sight lines, not a template we reuse at every venue.
Offline event entertainment only. Symbolic chips, no real-money gambling, no betting, no cash prizes, no online casino services. 20+.
About LevelClash
We build and run themed evenings. That means furniture, hosts, lighting and logistics, held to the standard of a production crew rather than a party hire counter.
How we got here
LevelClash started where most of our work still happens: in rooms that were built for conferences and had to become something else for one night. The people who started it came from production and venue operations, which is why our planning begins with access routes, power and sight lines rather than with a catalogue of tables.
The casino theme came later, and for a practical reason. Of all the entertainment formats we had put into function rooms, a table was the only one that reliably mixed a room full of people who did not know each other. It needs no stage, no performance from the guests and no explanation longer than a minute.
What we deliberately did not do was turn that into a gaming product. There is no money on our tables, there never has been, and the whole service is designed around that line. Guests play with symbolic chips, the chips are free, and they are worth nothing when the night ends.
How we work
We survey before we propose. Table positions follow access, service routes and sight lines, not a template we reuse at every venue.
One trained host per table as a baseline. An unstaffed table is unused within twenty minutes, and we would rather send fewer tables than unhosted ones.
If one table will do, we will say so. If your guest count or time window makes a format weak, we will propose a different one rather than sell you the bigger number.
Symbolic chips only. No money at the table, no cash float, no payouts, no online anything. Our hosts are briefed to decline requests to change that.
The crew
A typical event is run by an event manager, one host per table, and one or two technicians where there is lighting or sound in the scope. Hosts are entertainers trained on the table formats, not gaming staff, and they are the people guests remember.
Where we work
We are set up to travel. Kit is flight-cased, crew are used to long load-ins, and rural venues are normal work rather than an exception.
Travel beyond our usual radius is quoted with the event, and for distant venues we will usually propose an overnight build.
LevelClash provides offline, adults-only casino-themed event entertainment in New Zealand. Guests play with symbolic chips or points only. We do not offer real-money gambling, betting, cash prizes, deposits or online casino services. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+. We hold this position in our Terms and Conditions and in our Responsible Entertainment notice, and we repeat it to guests at the table.
Read our Responsible Entertainment notice for the full position.
Proof
They walked our venue before quoting and moved two tables based on where the bar queue would form. That is the detail we were paying for.
Our compliance team needed the no-gambling position in writing before sign-off. It came back the same day, properly worded.
Four events, four different venues, same crew standard each time.
Request a proposal
Enquiries go to the team that plans and runs the events, not to a call centre. Send a date and a venue and we will come back with a format and a tailored proposal.
Offline event entertainment only. Symbolic chips, no real-money gambling, no betting, no cash prizes, no online casino services. 20+.
Four details are enough to start. We reply within one business day.
